Derya discovers Yonca is still alive as Nusret’s dangerous secret grows

Hancer was about to leave for work when Cemil rushed into the house in a panic after losing contact with Derya. Her phone had been switched off since the previous day, prompting him to head to her mother’s home. Before he could leave, however, Derya unexpectedly appeared at the front door. She looked exhausted, covered in dirt and visibly shaken. Claiming she had fallen into a construction pit, she brushed off everyone’s concern and angrily refused Cemil’s suggestion to visit the hospital. Once inside the bedroom, she could no longer hide her fear as memories of the previous night flooded back.

The flashback revealed that Derya had secretly witnessed Nusret burying Yonca alive after wrapping her body in a carpet. Desperate to save her, Derya threw a rock through Nusret’s window, causing Beyza to scream in fear and drawing him back inside the house. Seizing the opportunity, Derya rushed to the pit and uncovered Yonca’s face. At first she feared she was too late, but Yonca weakly whispered a single word, proving she was still alive. Just as Derya prepared to help her escape, someone suddenly grabbed her shoulder from behind. Terrified, she turned around and discovered it was Tayar, who quietly told her to leave everything to him before Nusret returned.

Meanwhile, Beyza continued struggling with the baby she had taken as part of Nusret’s scheme. Irritated by the infant’s constant crying, she complained about motherhood and even refused to feed him properly. Nusret harshly criticised her behaviour, reminding her that she had to convince everyone she was the child’s loving mother if they wanted their plan to succeed. He insisted the baby was the key to securing the Develioglu fortune and eventually winning Cihan. Before leaving, he ordered Beyza to call her husband and announce the “happy news,” but Cihan failed to answer her calls.

Unable to forget what she had witnessed, Derya later tracked down Tayar’s house. Inside, she was relieved to find Yonca still alive, though unconscious and in critical condition. Believing Yonca needed urgent medical care, Derya suggested taking her to a hospital, but Tayar immediately rejected the idea, warning that involving the authorities could put both of them in grave danger.

As Derya questioned who he really was, Tayar finally admitted that he had only become Yonca’s husband because Nusret had paid him to keep her under control. Although he denied there had ever been a real marriage between them, he refused to explain Nusret’s true motives or reveal what had happened to Yonca’s child. Instead, he warned Derya that people who asked too many questions rarely survived. Standing beside the unconscious Yonca, Derya finally realised she had become entangled in a deadly conspiracy far bigger than she had ever imagined.
